Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable. Limited returns or exchanges may be available for sizing issues, incorrect items, or product damage under our Returns policy. Final sale, customized, worn, or damaged-by-customer items may be excluded.

Intellectual property

WORLDG3NIUS graphics, logos, artwork, product designs, photography, and copy are protected brand assets. Reproduction or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

User content

If you submit reviews, photos, comments, messages, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and grant World Genius permission to use, reproduce, display, and adapt that content for customer service, marketing, and brand communications.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, World Genius is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for a claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
